Why Become a Resident of Paws and Tales Games?

July 17th, 2009 by Paws and Tales

The Paws & Tales Games online community has both Visitors and Residents. A Visitor is a member with a free account and a Resident is a member with a paid account.

Why charge anything at all you ask?

By supporting our continued operation through paid “Resident” accounts, Paws & Tales Games has the ability to remain free of third party advertising, while maintaining continued operation of the website and it’s services.

Our Mission is to teach Biblical principles in a style that is entertaining, applicable, and profoundly relevant to children of all ages.

We want to continue to be a safe, fun and educational online experience for your kids. As well, your continued support will help to improve the online community by funding new features that will keep your kids entertained and learning about their faith while improving their computer skills and learning about the world that God has Blessed us with.

When you sign-up for a paid account you’ll become a Resident and gain full access to the community as well as support the continued maintenance and growth of the site.

Our journey forward includes plans to add features to the community that will enhance the user experience while helping parents teach biblical theology to their kids through memorable and meaningful stories. We also dream of implementing our plans to involve the residents of our online community the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of other children and families in developing parts of the world by engaging in projects that give hope and help to those most in need.

However, every journey begins with a single step and we’ve just started ours, so please feel free to explore the Paws & Tales Games website and enjoy the free resources that we offer to you and your family.

Safety on our Site

July 14th, 2009 by Paws and Tales

With all of the different features that Paws and Tales Games has to offer.  The one that we’re most proud of is it’s safety.

Safety is our first priority and we have worked to ensure that we’ve created a safe, and friendly, online environment for your children and family. Our chat has a predefined menu of greetings, questions and statements for your children to select and use to interact with others that are online. Because users aren’t able to transmit any personal data to other users, your child won’t be exposed to something that would be less than appropriate while on the site.

Your child will have fun while learning about the world that God has created for us while improving their computer skills and enjoying their time online. This allows you some piece of mind as well.

The Internet offers a world of opportunity for children. Your guidance and involvement are essential to help ensure that children have a safe and rewarding online experience. We encourage you to visit GetNetWise.org site and look through the “Kids Safety” section together. Your efforts to instill responsible information practices will help steer your children to age-appropriate sites and will go a long way toward ensuring that your children have enriching and positive experiences online.

If you have any questions or comment please send them to us at feedback@pawsandtalesgames.com.
